Letter a in Arabic script

[edit]

I changed the letter ae ە U+06D5 into ‌letter heh U+0647 ه or letter he with ZWNJ U+0647, U+200C ه‌ in the table and the samples, reverting part of 890984374 made on 22 June 2016 by User:Diabedia. The CLDR [1] does not list letter ae ە U+06D5 as being used in Uzbek (Arabic) unlike Kurdish, Northern Luri and Uyghur, so letter heh U+0647 ه or letter he with ZWNJ U+0647, U+200C ه‌ should be used as in Persian. --Moyogo/ (talk) 14:15, 26 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

To add to article

[edit]

To add to this article: mention of the use (or non-use) of umlauts. In spoken or sung Uzbek, I hear umlauts all over the place, but do not see them written. This deserves explanation in this article. 173.88.246.138 (talk) 16:21, 21 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
